Welcome to Aarcon Report - a biannual open-access publications series from Aarhus Centre for Conflict Management (Aarcon) designated to be a space for interdisciplinary dialogue between academics, students, and practitioners in the field of conflict. By publishing digitally on the Aarcon website, Aarcon Report promotes accessibility and visibility of original research, experiences, and opinions.
We are looking for short thought-provoking pieces with different points of departures when thinking about conflict. We publish relevant, current, innovative, and accessible writing on a wide range of topics in which the theme of conflict is present. These themes include but are not limited to: Access to justice, border conflicts, climate justice, communication, gender conflicts, human-wildlife conflicts, human security, international criminal justice, land conflicts, and restorative justice. We aim our publications to be of interest for both an academic and professional audience. Both in style of writing and topic wise, thereby bridging the gap between the academic and professional world.
